Do you have a broken remote control? We will take care of its repair!

🔹 We will repair broken buttons and a damaged transmitting diode.
🔹 In the case of a more complex defect (which is rare), we will first contact you and agree on the next steps.
🔹 In the case of an unfixable remote control, we will offer you a suitable replacement.

For the repair to be successful and affordable, it is important that the remote control is not damaged by unprofessional intervention. Covering the buttons with foil or cleaning the board with sandpaper can completely destroy the remote control. If you entrust the remote control to us first, we can repair 9 out of 10 units.

How to send the remote control to us?

📦 Carefully pack the remote control in a box or bubble envelope and send it as a registered letter.

When repair is not possible

If your remote control cannot be repaired or replaced with an original replica, we can make a copy for you.
