Processing of personal data
CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I agree to the collection, processing and storage of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
1. You hereby grant your consent to EMERX team s.r.o., with its registered office at Těšínská 204, Albrechtice u Českého Těšína, 73543, Company ID 28635728 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or “Our Company”), within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) processed your personal data to the extent of:

2. Your personal data may be processed based on your consent for the purpose of sending commercial communications - you will be the first to be informed about our news and discounts. We will process this data for a period of 5 years from the date of granting this consent.
3. If you no longer wish to receive commercial communications or other information about news in our product and service portfolio from us from time to time, you have the opportunity to object to the further processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you do so, we will no longer process your data for this purpose and we will not send you further commercial communications and newsletters.
4. You expressly consent to the above processing. Providing personal data is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email to the email address: gdpr@emerx.cz or a letter to our registered office.
5. Personal data is processed by Our Company. However, personal data may be processed for Our Company by other processors – providers of processing software, services and applications with whom Our Company cooperates and has concluded personal data processing agreements.
6. According to the Regulation, in addition to the right to object, you also have the right to:
withdraw consent at any time
request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
request a copy of the personal data being processed,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
request us to delete this personal data,
data portability,
in case of doubts about the legality of personal data processing, file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
